Contract Aura offers contract review and corporate guidance services tailored to your business needs.

2.1 Service Fees

Fees for each service are listed on our website and are due before commencement of work.

2.2 Refunds for Services

All custom services are provided directly by our professional team. Therefore, service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill the service, we will issue a partial or full refund at our discretion to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Information Products

Contract Aura may offer digital resources such as templates, guides, or courses.

3.1 Delivery and Access

Access details will be provided upon purchase.

3.2 Refunds for Information Products

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the product. To request a refund, please use Contact Us. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

4. Goods

Contract Aura may offer physical goods such as printed materials.

4.1 Shipping and Delivery

Goods will be shipped to the address provided at checkout within the estimated timeframe.

4.2 Returns for Goods

Unused goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please use Contact Us with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Once we receive the goods in their original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via Contact Us. We will work with you to select a new date at no additional charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service fee.
